Building Management System

The core business area is an integration of Building Management System into project design.

In partnership with our foreign partners, we implement PEM automation system, monitoring and dispatching control, on the basis of the following BMS — KNX, DALI, LON, Bacnet, Modbus, Ethernet TCP/IP.

We implement automation system of both retail and residential buildings.

Automation enables to combine PEM and informational systems under the centralized computer control management system.
